My client is a boutique Technology recruitment business that specialises in hiring IT Contract professionals in the Belgium market and they are currently looking to hire a junior Recruiter/Graduate/Sales Trainee to join their team in the City of London.
As a business, they operate with several different Tech institutions in Belgium, and the remit for this hire will be working with their director on the full recruitment lifecycle, which will involve you receiving intensive 1-2-1 daily training on the Sales lifecycle, through to candidate qualification/resourcing, whilst also shadowing a Senior IT Contract Recruitment Consultant.
The key area of Tech expertise that this individual will be supporting clients within Belgium is:- the Software Development space, and this could involve you building a niche market in .Net, Java or Python.
You don't have to be a graduate, but what is key is that you are driven, preferably someone with Sales experience in a B2B environment, who is well-spoken and has a genuine interest in joining the recruitment sector and building a Contract desk, as this will help you get up to speed quickly.
There is a huge scope for growth and financial stability, as several of their employees started in the same way and have now established themselves to become specialists in their market.
