A discreet search firm is seeking polished, bright graduates for a legal head-hunter role focused on placing senior partner and associate talent to law firms across EMEA.
The position involves a consultative sales approach, initially engaging with lawyers about job opportunities through LinkedIn and telephone, and eventually building a client base with law firms.
The base salary for this role is £35,000, with the potential to earn £70,000 in the first year and over £100,000 in the second year through a best-in-class commission scheme.
Candidates should be recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a financial motivation, ideally holding a 2.1 degree, although those with a 2.2 are also encouraged to apply.

So what will you be doing in this role..?

You will be a legal head-hunter focused on placing senior partner and associate talent to law firms across EMEA

As a head-hunter you will be in a consultative sales role, where initially you will be approaching lawyers about new job opportunities through LinkedIn and telephone. Once you have mastered this you will then start approaching law firms and building your own client base.
