What are THE REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
The requirements of the role are simple - have the right attitude and hunger to be successful in a sales role! Other desirable qualities include:
- Financial drive and desire to earn above a basic pay
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders over the phone and in person
- Motivation to progress rapidly in your role and build your own business within a business
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role (internships, part-time alongside education etc.)
