Walker Cole International is a pharmaceutical and life sciences executive search firm who specialise in global recruitment consultancy services. We are currently searching for dynamic and motivated applicants to join our business, based out of London, as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This would also include the opportunity to relocate internationally in the future, as a part of our ongoing global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process including proactive sourcing and identification of suitable candidates, telephone interviews, offer management and client negotiations.
- Build your own network of pharmaceutical professionals to promote the reputation of Walker Cole International.
- Develop expert knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industries to support your delivery of key, recruitment projects, offering advice to current and prospective clients.
- Develop and identify new business opportunities to expand your own personal and the business' client base
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous work experience including placement year or customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Sporting success or competitive hobbies are highly desirable.
- A passion for sales and the ability to independently motivate yourself to meet and exceed targets
- The right to work in the UK permanently.
