TRM is partnering with a boutique hedge fund recruitment agency that aims to double its size in 2024.
The firm, established in 2017 and currently employing 30 people, offers high earning potential with graduates earning £70k OTE in their first year.
Candidates are required to have a university degree (preferably a 2:1) and demonstrable work experience, ideally in a sales-related role.
The role involves headhunting candidates, winning new business, and overseeing processes, with a competitive and ambitious mindset being essential.
The position offers a generous commission structure up to 50%, clear progression to director within 5 years, and multiple incentive trips.

Demonstrable work experience (ideally in a sales related role)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

Headhunting candidates and building relationships
Winning new business from day 1 to build your client base
Proactively reaching out to candidates and clients
Oversee day to day processes and interviews
Salary and Contract Negotiation towards the end of a process
