The Benefits - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £65k+ - figure from average earnings for individuals in their first year between 2021-23

The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way

- Hardworking
- Results driven and willing to put the work in to achieve success
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
- Financially motivated
