- Competitive base salary - £28k
- Uncapped commission structure with average first year earnings £35- £45k+
- Up to 40% commission on what you bill

What youll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates to headhunt
- Business Development - cold calling companies
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise ongoing delivery of candidates
- Making deals and celebrating with the team!

- Degree Educated
- Held a junior professional role
