What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Client generation done through cold calling
Meeting with clients to fully understand their hiring requirements and full offering
Candidate sourcing through headhunting on LinkedIn
Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for roles with your clients
Managing the end-to-end interview process and handling any reservations
Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
Closing deals and making commission, whilst exceeding targets!
Who is the IDEAL CANDIDATE for a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
Experience working alongside university in either a part-time role, or internships/placement year
Confident with the ability to articulate yourself when conversing with high-level individuals
Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
Financial and career motivation with the desire to be successful
