Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start

Package: £25K - £27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3

As a further education recruitment specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates within educational institutions. The role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients; ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

• Minimum 2:1 degree (preferred but not essential)
• Experience working towards KPI's/targets
