Role as a Trainee
- Initially working as a Trainee, your role will be primarily sourcing candidates for open job vacancies.
- Headhunting
- Cold - calling
- Managing candidates through a job process.
The Training
- Your training will be led by the CEO and founders. You will also work alongside a performance coach dedicated to supporting mental health and driving a high-performing attitude.
- There is a 12-week initial training scheme and ongoing training, development, and support throughout your time with the business.
Your First six months
- 86% of Trainees are promoted within their first six months. There is a good chance this will be you.
- Opportunity to qualify for their Lunch Clubs that are held monthly (Think London's top restaurants)
