The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.

- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- 12 months sales experience
- A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships
- Time management and organisational skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
- A track record of high achievement either in or out of work
