Whats in it for you? Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26,000, rising with each promotion
- Uncapped commission with no threshold, up to 40%
- OTE in year one GUARANTEED at £55k

What would the role look like? Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with the companies, and what their hiring priorities look like
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing new candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, then preparing them for interviews
- Managing the end-to-end application process between them and your client
- Ensuring your candidates receives the contract/package they are looking for
- Building your online brand and continuously growing your network
What experience do you need? Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate or a background within sales
- Work alongside education (part-time/placement year/internships etc.)
- Confident communicator, and able to speak on and off the phone with a range of individuals
- Ambitious and willing to go the extra mile for your clients and candidates
- Financial driven and looking to earn above a basic pay
