The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building relationships with your clients which allows you to do your own business development
- Networking and headhunting the best candidates that are suited to your clients requirements and atmosphere
- Discussing with your clients the deal and negotiating the contract and commission
- Conducting candidate management by guiding them through their interview process so that they are successful in their interviews
The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience such as cold-calling, F2F sales or commission-based sales
- OR a degree educated individual with a 2:1 or above
- Ambitious and money driven with the need to succeed in the industry by pushing your limits
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills that allows you to thrive in a sales environment
- A team player who thinks about the long game
