Trainee Recruitment Consultant - US Technology (London based working US Hours)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive 360-degree training that covers sales strategies, headhunting techniques, in-depth market knowledge, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertise job openings, identify and approach potential candidates, review applications, conduct interviews, and create shortlists.
  • Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure excellent service and generate repeat business.
  • Proactively generate leads and expand your network within the software development and data markets.
  • Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Engage in client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed targets within deadlines, using sales and business development techniques to attract new business.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong academic background (Graduate level or equivalent).
  • Experience in sales or a sales-related role (preferably in a commercial environment).
  • A drive to succeed and thrive in a competitive, target-driven sales environment.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with excellent phone skills.
  • Ambition and persistence to continuously achieve results.
  • Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic to engage with senior-level clients.
