As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive 360-degree training that covers sales strategies, headhunting techniques, in-depth market knowledge, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:- Advertise job openings, identify and approach potential candidates, review applications, conduct interviews, and create shortlists.
- Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Proactively generate leads and expand your network within the software development and data markets.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Engage in client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed targets within deadlines, using sales and business development techniques to attract new business.
- A strong academic background (Graduate level or equivalent).
- Experience in sales or a sales-related role (preferably in a commercial environment).
- A drive to succeed and thrive in a competitive, target-driven sales environment.
- Confident and articulate communicator with excellent phone skills.
- Ambition and persistence to continuously achieve results.
- Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic to engage with senior-level clients.
- Ongoing training to help you progress to a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant within 6-12 months.
