This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the education sector and looking to make a significant impact by pairing teaching professionals with their ideal roles in schools across London and the Home Counties.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Build and maintain relationships with education professionals, matching them with suitable roles within primary, secondary, and SEN schools.
  • Offer personalized support to candidates, aligning opportunities with their career aspirations.
  • Engage with senior leaders within schools to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of educational recruitment and school environments.
  • Drive sales activities, including making outbound calls and attending client meetings.
  • Work closely with our resourcing department to recruit top candidates for your desk.
  • Negotiate pay rates and foster positive relationships with candidates.
  • Achieve financial targets and monitor the success of job placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven sales ability is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 or above.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably within a temporary recruitment sector.
  • Knowledge of the UK education system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
