Trainee Recruitment Consultant - St Paul's, London

25k-30k per annum (DOE) OTE 40K-60K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Daniel Owen is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join the team in our office based in London. Experience is preferred but not essential for this role.

Daniel Owen have now entered our new financial year and our exciting strategy for this year is to grow our team in our office based in London. With the support of an experience team of professionals, this role will see you coming into a warm desk with live vacancies and see you have the luxury of being introduced to the client base from day one, along with taking over relationships with our PSL clients.

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
  • Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
  • Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Proven recruitment/resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Has a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
