• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage high-quality education professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to expand our network and grow the business.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, changes in education policy, and local market demands.
• Database Management: Ensure all candidate and client information is accurately recorded and maintained.
