The client is a rapidly growing recruitment firm specializing in Investment Banking and Asset Management, with plans to expand to Dubai and New York by 2025.
Candidates will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates, maintaining professional relationships, and managing the recruitment process using platforms like LinkedIn.
Applicants must have a minimum 2:1 degree and at least 6 months of sales experience, along with strong interpersonal skills and a financial motivation.

You will be working closely some of the most respected and well established financial institutions in the world. You will be utilising outreach methods such as LinkedIn to target high profile candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.?

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.

Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.

Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.

Managing your candidate database.

Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree

Minimum 6 months sales experience?

Excellent interpersonal skills

Financially motivated

Strong work ethic
