The company is an international search firm specialising in leadership search across Financial Services, Insurance and Legal sectors in the UK, Europe & North America.

Joining as a Headhunter, you will receive extensive training and have the opportunity to work across all sector practices on 6 weekly rotations. You will then progress into a Consultant role, become a market expert in your chosen sector.

The firm has experienced impressive growth since their management buyout in 2021 and are now in the process of establishing their first US office in New York.

The Role:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Ambition and a willingness to learn.
  • Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
  • Inherent competitive nature.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
