The Impact Academy

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with all the skills to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. In your first year, you'll:

Source and interview candidates
Create professional CV profiles for clients
Hit weekly targets and earn commission as you go

After completing your first year, you'll move into a Sales Desk role, receiving expert training in business development, margin negotiation, safeguarding, and more.

You'll have strong mentorship from your team manager and seasoned recruitment professionals to guide your development.
