This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.As a Trainee Industrial Consultant, you will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, matching the right people to temporary and permanent job opportunities. You’ll provide expert support and advice while ensuring a high level of service at all times.Key responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, engaging at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets through proactive service delivery
  • Matching candidates to suitable roles, ensuring their skills align with client requirements
  • Ensuring full compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments for flexible workers
To be successful:
  • A confident communicator with experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximise service delivery and revenue
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, employment rights, and diversity & inclusion principles
  • Excellent relationship management skills across all levels
  • A positive and driven attitude, eager to succeed in a fast-paced industry
  • A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
