Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels
- Manage candidate and client relationships
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Assist with the recruitment process from start to finish
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated by targets and performance
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not essential
