What We Offer:

Salary: £25k-£27k basic
Market-Leading Commission: Expected earnings of £50k in Year 1, £80k in Year 2, and £100k in Year 3.

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Energy Division:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier candidates for contract positions in the US using innovative sourcing techniques.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the US to provide expert advice to both candidates and clients.
