What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Client generation done through cold calling
- Meeting with clients to fully understand their hiring requirements and full offering
- Candidate sourcing through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for roles with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process and handling any reservations
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Closing deals and making commission, whilst exceeding targets!
Who is the IDEAL CANDIDATE for a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working alongside university in either a part-time role, or internships/placement year
- Confident with the ability to articulate yourself when conversing with high-level individuals
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Financial and career motivation with the desire to be successful
