- Founded in 2023 and currently 7 in size, they are looking to get to 10 by the end of the year
- Operating in renewable energy, specifically within wind in Europe
- The founder and leaders within the business have combined 15+ years of experience in the industry, with £1 million+ being his best year!
- Looking to replicate a larger recruiter with a global presence in the renewable energy sector
- Looking to add continuously year on year with tremendous growth potential
The Opportunity:
- Competitive base salary (£24k)
- Commission % well above market average
- Working in a robust market underpinned by government policy

The Candidate:
- Highly motivated and Self-Driven
- Willing to work 12-hour+ shifts to optimise future success
- Demonstrable work experience, ideally in a customer-facing background
- Ambitious and Career-Focused
- Degree not essential but MUST be eligible to work in the UK
