Salary: £25-£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits(£45K OTE Year 1, £55K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3)

• Guiding candidates through the interview process

• Account management

• Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads

• Closing business deals

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates

Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements

• Recent graduate

• Sales experience is ideal but not necessary

• Strong communication skills
