About the Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Sourcing and engaging top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability for roles
Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
Negotiating job offers and closing deals
Hitting and exceeding performance targets
