Whats in it for you as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£25k Base salary + Competitive commission structure (Huge OTE potential from the get go 1st year of £50k-£70k 2nd year £85k and 3rd year £100k plus)

Whats in for you as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
Writing tailored adverts to post online
Identifying candidates to Headhunt
Business Development- cold calling companies
Building strong relationships with clients to maximize ongoing delivery of candidates
Making deals and celebrating with the team!
What they require for their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Degree educated
Naturally Competitive
Driven
Communication skills
Ability to work on own timeline and others within a team
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
To have a thorough understanding of computer systems and applications
