Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:
-Candidate sourcing for specific roles
-Preparation of CVs and maintaining contact with the candidate throughout the process
-Creation and distribution of relevant material and job ads to help brand development
-Networking improving candidate relationships
All of which will be trained and developed over your first 6-9 months in the business!
What you need to be a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
-Good energy and a great work ethic (personality is king!)
-Motivated, proactive and keen to learn
-A desire to build a successful corporate career
-Confident, financially driven and ambitious
-Preferably Degree educated from a recognised university
What the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant offers you:
