Responsibilities: As a Maintenance and Operations Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations activities during designated shifts. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of maintenance and operations staff.
- Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance programs.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and university policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall facility performance.
- City and Guilds Level 3 in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 18th Edition
- HVAP desireable but not essential
- Proven experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Technical expertise in building systems and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic salary ranging from 49 - 52k
