CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a BMS & Metering Compliance Manager.

Preferably looking for someone who is Northampton based, with workload also in London.

Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage BMS and metering compliance for M&E projects.
  • Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of BMS and metering systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
  • Report on compliance status and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in BMS and metering compliance, particularly in M&E projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
