Two new Facilities Compliance Supervisor/Mangers required for two Iconic sites in the Euston / Kings Cross Area. Both roles report to the Account Directors.

You will be brought on as either the Compliance Supervisor leading into the FM Compliance Manager, or straight into the Management role depending on experience. 

These roles are working for a global Building Services company with a huge amount of training and opportunity. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and sustaining an exceptional compliance service, comprehensive and administrative support to the site management, staff on site and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be: 

  • Be an excellent communicator 
  • Experienced in performance and compliance with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Facilities Management related role.
  • Have the ability to independently manage your workload and prioritise as required, to enable the delivery of performance across the account.
  • Have a pro-active approach in identifying risk through the performance management tools of the contract, whilst putting in place solutions in reducing or mitigating the risk away from the business.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Proficient in the use of IT and communication systems with previous experience of utilising CAFM systems, Reporting programmes (Tableau) and standard MS Office.

Reporting to the FM Account Director, the Compliance Supervisor/Manager will provide support to the account through the Compliance Management of Planned and Reactive maintenance activities across the solution.

The postholder will proactively ensure that the client estate remains at 100% compliant, through the delivery of services by internal colleagues and subcontractors, whilst supporting the central PPM compliance team in governance activities of Supply Chain management, identifying additional revenue opportunities arising from corrective actions and dealing with any escalations or complaints.

You will also act as a liaison with your colleagues on ensuring accurate contract data is available and held within the CAFM, alongside the management of any change control requirements and the owner of all contracts associated registers and trackers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting updates to the Account Director/AGM on current performance from a planned and reactive standpoint, ensuring that delivery is aligned to the performance indicators.
  • Maintain and update all contract associated registers and trackers for compliance, and ensuring any action is taken. 
  • Prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement in the governance of the account.
  • Administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance, in line with all business operating processes.
  • Provide support to the centralised PPM Compliance Team in the delivery of statutory compliance related tasks.
  • Support the engineering lead in the asset management programme across all sites within the estate. Hold the master data as centralised owner of this programme and act as a liaison point in having this uploaded into the CAFM when changes occur in the estate.
  • Identify any improvement areas and liaising with colleagues to get these acted upon.
  • Act as an assistant to the Account Director in the governance process and the management of any change requests within the CAFM system.
  • Verify PPM data with internal colleagues to ensure the correct Alignment is meet for Engineering and supply chain.
  • Administrate, respond to and analyse any complaints derived from escalated performance issues across the estate, working as an unbiased resolution officer and supporting the contract managers in resolving any associated complaints.
  • Reviewing monthly subcontractor performance.
