Compliance Manager

With an excellent track record, our client provides Host Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) and AIFM services for investment managers and acts as the Principal to a number of Appointed Representatives.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of Compliance experience within a Host ACD environment or fund administration environment
- Strong knowledge of UK products and experience dealing with third-party investment managers
- Relevant professional qualifications preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Financial Crime
Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance advisory services and support the establishment of effective controls and governance
- Conduct compliance monitoring in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Assess funds for compliance and review fund Value Assessments
- Maintain and enhance compliance policies and procedures
- Oversee conflicts of interest management and approve Financial Promotions
- Conduct investigations of breaches and complaints
