We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance/Subcontractor Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance aspects of subcontractors, ensuring they meet all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance across all subcontractors working on-site.
- Manage service reports and induction processes for subcontractors.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for all subcontractor compliance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of compliance documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process from induction to project completion.
Role Details:
- Location: On-site (varied locations)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Hourly Rate: 25/hour
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a compliance or subcontractor management role.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
