Compliance Manager (Temp role)

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance/Subcontractor Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance aspects of subcontractors, ensuring they meet all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance across all subcontractors working on-site.
• Manage service reports and induction processes for subcontractors.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for all subcontractor compliance issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records of compliance documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient process from induction to project completion.

Role Details:

• Location: On-site (varied locations)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Hourly Rate: 25/hour

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a compliance or subcontractor management role.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
