They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Regulatory Solicitor to work on a freelance, fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal law and procedure, particularly within magistrates and crown court matters, and will demonstrate a client-focused, ethical approach to legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a range of client matters

  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

  • Represent clients in court or instruct counsel as needed
