An iconic global skincare and cosmetics brand are seeking an experienced Global Regulatory Compliance Manager to be responsible for cosmetic product registrations, along with formula and raw material data. (OFFICE BASED)

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional partners in all parts of product and effectively project manage
  • Prepare and submit cosmetic and OTC drug product registration documentation as needed
  • Screen and manage ingredient and product/formula data
  • Evaluate formulas for compliance and safety
  • Review and compile data for reporting
  • Maintain relationship with vendors and CMs as it pertains to regulatory
  • Manage samples for safety and clinical studies
  • Review copy and artwork to ensure that they are aligned with approvable and legal claims
  • Help problem solve on product development projects

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of global regulations and resources in staying on top of them
  • Ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritisation and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office with good typing and proofreading skills
  • Must be proficient at conveying information in a clear, focus and concise manner
