Working with an international insurer, we are seeking a dedicated professional to support our clients' Compliance and Risk Management activities across all jurisdictions. This role involves providing technical, professional, and organisational support to the team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing risk and compliance support to the team and assist with compliance monitoring, horizon scanning, regulatory updates and engagement, risk activities and general administrative tasks. It's a broad role which will see you getting involved with most aspects of compliance and have exposure to senior stakeholders across the business providing assurance.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience in a compliance role within general insurance. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly. They should be highly organised, capable of using initiative, and able to prioritise their workload. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should appreciate the need to align regulatory standards with commercial considerations and be adept at extracting relevant data from various sources.
