We are currently recruiting for a Teacher of RE/Religious Studies for a fantastic secondary school starting in September 2025 or sooner if available. The candidate joining will be one of 3 teachers in the department and there will be an expectation for you to teach across the age ranges and ability ranges.

- Graded good by OFSTED
- Suitable for ECTs and Experienced Teachers
- Behaviour is good, with clear policies in place
- Supportive SLT who understand a teachers value.
If you are an ECT looking to start your career in a supportive school environment or an experienced teacher seeking a new opportunity then this could be an ideal opportunity. The Teacher of RE would be expected to inspire and motivate students to have an interest and understanding of different faiths and cultures. You will be expected to immerse them in your subject and show students the value of the subject they are learning.
- You will hold a PGCE with QTS or equivalent qualification
- You will be an RE/RS Specialist
- You will have the right to work in the UK without the need for Visa Sponsorship
- You will be passionate about your subject
- You will be committed to raising standards and committed to the schools ethos
- You will be committed to joining the school on a permanent basis.
