Our client is a medium sized, construction focused, main contractor that specialise in fire protection and prevention works. They typically operate within the residential social housing sector undertaking construction works for local authorities and housing associations.

Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an RLO has arisen to join our clients project team based in Lambeth. The project is long-term and the scope of works are geared towards fire prevention works within residential properties.

The role

The role of the RLO will manage the resident enquiries both in person, by phone and by email.

Additional responsibilities include;

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of project-related information, including newsletters and notices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure residents are informed, and any disruptions are minimised.
  • Organise and attend resident meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between residents, contractors, and the project team.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.

This role will suit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer that has worked with main contractors previously. This is an immediate requirement so you will be available either immediately or no more than a weeks notice.
