Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (Basic Salary), £4,000 (Car Allowance)

As a Resident Liaison Officer, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding tenant experience while supporting meaningful upgrades to social housing.
What Youll Be Doing- Maintaining an up-to-date on-site database to track activities and progress.
- Conducting regular meetings with client representatives and tenants to uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Establishing and enforcing a consistent and effective customer care approach.
- Serving as the escalation point for resolving tenant complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating and managing tenant relationships across multiple sites to ensure smooth project delivery.
Were seeking candidates with:
- A UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Prior experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or a similar position.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and tenant support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with tenants and clients alike.
- Experience with Social Housing or Decarbonisation Fund projects (desirable but not essential).
