Our client, a leading social housing provider, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Resident Liaison Officers/Tenant Liaison Officers (RLO/TLOs) to join their team in North East London. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive resident experience during major refurbishment and improvement works across the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the duration of construction projects.
  • Provide clear and concise information about upcoming works, including timelines, potential disruptions, and mitigation measures.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular resident meetings to provide updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
  • Liaise with contractors, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist vulnerable residents with any specific needs or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on resident engagement.
  • Promote good neighbourliness and community cohesion within the diverse communities of North East London.
