Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over the last 80 years in London and surrounding home counties.

You will join one of their bustling project teams, working in and around Islington, North London. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects.

Main Duties:

  • Prepare correspondence addressing issues such as access, delays, changes/additions to works, and resolving resident concerns.
  • Handle residents' complaints and issues through email, phone, or home visits.
  • Collect Key Performance Indicators upon work completion and log the results.
  • Arrange appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss planned construction activities, ensuring targets and client specifications are met.

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Confident and calm communicator within a face-to-face environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents.
  • Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good IT knowledge (MS Packages)

Package:

  • Salary: £26,000 to £31,000 per annum

  • Monday to Friday
