We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Facades & Cladding Division at Guildmore!

You will be based at one of our sites and may be required to travel to other locations when the project is complete.

You will be responsible for providing support to tenants in their homes and helping to ensure that all planned works, queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.

Primary and General Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns with tact and effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve potential issues and handle complaints effectively.
  • Document and register complaints following company and client protocols.
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings and provide relevant reports.
  • Prepare and distribute regular Community Newsletters as required.
  • Keep notice board regularly updated.
  • Present updates to residents on progress and future activity
  • To undertake all other duties which may arise from time to time which are consistent with the scope of the job.
  • Visiting and meeting residents in their homes, when required or requested, dealing with their needs and queries ensuring they are kept always informed.
  • Coordinate with the site team to facilitate smooth execution of remedial works, minimizing disruption to residents.
  • Develop effective working relationships with residents.
