Job Description Job Duties:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents within the construction site
  • Manage and resolve resident queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between residents and the construction team
  • Ensure residents are informed about construction activities, schedules, and potential disruptions
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure resident safety
  • Assist in organising community events and initiatives to foster positive relationships with residents
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail
Education:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a customer service or liaison role
  • Experience working in the construction industry is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant vocational qualifications in construction or customer service
  • First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time hours with occasional weekend work may be required
  • Work primarily conducted on-site in a construction environment
  • Interaction with residents and construction team members on a daily basis
