Job Description Job Duties:- Act as the primary point of contact for residents within the construction site
- Manage and resolve resident queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between residents and the construction team
- Ensure residents are informed about construction activities, schedules, and potential disruptions
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure resident safety
- Assist in organising community events and initiatives to foster positive relationships with residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or liaison role
- Experience working in the construction industry is desirable
- Understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Relevant vocational qualifications in construction or customer service
- First Aid certification
- Full-time hours with occasional weekend work may be required
- Work primarily conducted on-site in a construction environment
- Interaction with residents and construction team members on a daily basis
