Resident Liaison Officer - Planned Refurbshiments

Role:

We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to work with a one of the UK’s leading property services companies. You must be dynamic and have prior experience within Property Services. You will be working on external packages which involve windows and door replacements on street properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities.
  • Assist in organising and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
