My client is a reputable contractor looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on working on West London-based refurbishment contracts. With a strong presence and a high volume of ongoing projects in the region, this contractor has a proven track record of delivering quality work to clients and residents alike. Due to their expanding workload and long-term commitment to the area, they are now seeking an additional Resident Liaison Officer to ensure excellent communication and relationships with residents throughout the refurbishment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the duration of refurbishment projects
- Coordinate and manage resident communications to ensure minimal disruption during construction works
- Address and resolve any resident concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a detailed record of all resident interactions and progress updates
- Work closely with the project management and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide regular reports on resident feedback, concerns, and project status
Key Requirements:
- Multiple yearsexperience as a Resident Liaison Officer
- Longevity with current/recent employern
- A clean UK driving license (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents from diverse backgrounds
- Good longevity with current or recent employers
- Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve issues diplomatically
- Experience working on refurbishment projects, preferably in the West London area
- Knowledge of the construction industry and refurbishment processes would be advantageous
