KEY DUTIES

  • Client growth: Build long-term relationships, develop a book of business, and identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Project work: Manage multiple projects, write complex materials, visualise data, analyse findings, and present confidently.
  • Team leadership: Mentor junior staff, support senior team, assist with proposals, and deliver actionable client recommendations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience and skills: Minimum 6 years in healthcare research, proven research skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Project management and mentoring: Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and the ability to mentor and develop others.
  • Mindset and approach: Creative, AI-focused, collaborative, excellence-driven, and passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change.
