They are looking to hire an Associate Director to join their business to work on a range of projects across media, technology, telecoms, entertainment and retail. This role will suit someone who is currently a Research Manager looking to step up into an Associate Director role, or someone already at this level who is looking for a new challenge.The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, modern, open plan offices and a strong team work environment.The RoleAs Associate Director you will be working on a wide variety of ad hoc quantitative research projects, leading on these from commissioning through to delivery of insightful reports. Project work includes media marketplace understanding, optimisation, audience segmentation, consumer understanding, conjoint, pricing and much more. This is a really exciting role for someone who is looking to work with well-known brands, helping them achieve their goals through research & insight programmes. Although largely quantitative in focus, there will be opportunities to work in qualitative too.Key Duties:-- Writing proposals in response to briefs and incoming requests from clients- Identifying and designing bespoke research programmes to meet the client's needs- Overseeing and running the project teams, to ensure the smooth running of the projects to meet time frames and budgets- Adding value to reports created by the Executive and leading on presentations with clients- Developing other employees to help them reach their full potential- Developing strong relationships with your clients, to encourage repeat business- Developing strong internal relationshipsThe CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a well-versed in quantitative research, with strong breadth and depth of experience so that you can turn your hand to lots of different project work.Experience in working with an array of blue-chip clients would be an advantage, however, candidates who have not worked in this space but have a keen interest will also be considered.You will be strong in managing projects from proposals through to delivery of results and will be able to troubleshoot where needed and support project teams.You will be experienced in working across a variety of research methodologies and will be able to turn your hand to a variety of areas.Fantastic opportunities on offer for your long-term career development too.
