THE ROLE
As a Client/Research Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Work closely with clients, understanding their challenges, delivering insights, and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Manage research projects from brief to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and strong client relationships.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting, crafting compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Leverage cutting-edge research techniques, including behavioural sciences and lean innovation.
- Support senior management in training and mentoring junior team members.
Your Skills And Experience
- Strong experience in quantitative research, ideally within brand tracking and communications.
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring quality and efficiency in research execution.
- Outstanding communication and client management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Some experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus.
