THE ROLE

As a Client/Research Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Work closely with clients, understanding their challenges, delivering insights, and presenting strategic recommendations.
  • Manage research projects from brief to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and strong client relationships.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting, crafting compelling presentations for stakeholders.
  • Leverage cutting-edge research techniques, including behavioural sciences and lean innovation.
  • Support senior management in training and mentoring junior team members.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Strong experience in quantitative research, ideally within brand tracking and communications.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring quality and efficiency in research execution.
  • Outstanding communication and client management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Some experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus.
