Location: Remote

Duration: ASAP start –  up until March 2025 initially

Working hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the occurrence of incidents on a daily basis to ensure that the correct staff have
  • Be accountable for testing the ePCR platform, undertaking regression testing when necessary. To build a test script library utilising Azure DevOps
  • Undertaking investigation of bugs and issues reported, and working with the supplier and other internal stakeholders to find resolution
  • To coordinate with the clinical information team and wider Information Management & Technology Team to ensure appropriate change process is undertaken when upgrades occur, and monitoring
  • Support the Frontline Digitisation programme, working in close collaboration with the Clinical Information team and the supplier to ensure new developments, features, and integrations are designed, tested, and implemented safely
  • Take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of ePCR related services
  • Own and maintain the technical ePCR backlog and contribute to the overarching ePCR Product Backlog in collaboration with the ePCR Product Manager
  • Lead the technical review, validation, implementation and testing of Request for Changes (RFCs) by working in collaboration with the supplier and ePCR Product Manager
  • Plan, prioritise and lead multiple workstreams or projects concurrently whilst balancing a dynamic and unpredictable workload which may be conflicting due to urgent issues reported or identified

The ideal candidate:

  • NHS/Healthcare experience
  • Testing experience/ePCR systems experience highly desirable
